Refund policy

Here at MaryamKay we value our customer’s satisfaction, we always recommend that our customers review the sizing chart before making a purchase to prevent any inconvenience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. The item should be unused and returned in the same condition and in its original packaging for an exchange or store credit valid for 6 months on any returns.

Online purchases made through maryamkay.ae are valid for exchange or store credit and we do not offer a refund policy

Please note: Item(s) will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned within 7 days of delivery and preserved in the same condition. Cost of returns shipping/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy: Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@maryamkay.ae If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
